Fall Labs LLC (“Fall Labs,” “we,” “us”) operates a customer care text messaging program. This page explains how that program works and how to stop messages at any time.
Program description
Fall Labs uses text messaging for customer care only. If you call or text our toll-free line at 1-888-313-LABS, or give us your mobile number when you speak with us, we may reply by text to answer your question or follow up on a support request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you give consent
Consent is given verbally. Before we text you, a Fall Labs representative asks whether it is alright to text you at your number, tells you that message and data rates may apply, and tells you that you can reply STOP at any time. We record your consent along with your number and the date. Consent to receive text messages is never required to buy anything from Fall Labs or to receive support.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your inquiry, so you receive them only when there is something to answer or follow up on.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Fall Labs does not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to end all text messages from Fall Labs. You will receive one confirmation, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to start.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared. All other handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
