This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. Fall Labs is below the thresholds at which the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), applies to a business. We extend the rights it describes to California residents anyway, and this notice explains what they are and how to use them.

Personal information we collect
In the last 12 months we have collected, or may collect depending on your choices, the following categories of personal information as the CCPA defines them:
- Identifiers: the email address you submit to the signup form, anything you choose to include when you contact us, and the IP address recorded in our server logs.
- Internet activity and approximate geolocation: pages visited, how you arrived, device and browser type, and city-level location, collected through Google analytics and advertising services only if you consent in the cookie banner.
We do not collect customer records, commercial information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or any category the CCPA defines as sensitive personal information. We collect nothing that the Privacy Policy does not describe.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. Under the CCPA, allowing advertising cookies that let an advertising service recognize you across sites can count as “sharing.” On this site that happens only if you accept advertising cookies in the consent banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from our Cookie Policy page. Declining or withdrawing is your opt-out, and it takes effect immediately.
Your rights
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, and receive a copy.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell; sharing for advertising is controlled by the consent banner and the cookie settings control on our Cookie Policy page.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@falllabs.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or call 1-888-313-LABS. To opt out of advertising cookies, use the consent banner or the cookie settings control on our Cookie Policy page; no request is needed.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extendable once by another 45 days where the law allows. To protect your information, we verify requests by matching the details you provide against information we hold, and we may ask for more information solely to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will require proof of the agent’s authority and may still verify your identity directly.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and then delete or de-identify it.
Changes and contact
We review this notice at least every 12 months. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
