This Privacy Policy explains what information Fall Labs LLC (“Fall Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit falllabs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need, we do not sell your personal information, and we tell you plainly what happens with the rest.

Who we are
Fall Labs LLC is a fall protection equipment company based in Houston, Texas. Our address is 8990 Kirby Dr, Suite 220, Houston, TX 77054 USA. For anything in this policy, contact us at privacy@falllabs.com or 1-888-313-LABS.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you submit the email form, we collect your email address. If you request a document through Lab Access, we collect your name and email address, and your company, industry, and role if you give them. If you contact us by email or phone, we collect what you choose to send us, which typically includes your name, your email address, your mobile phone number if you give it to us, and your message. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company if you give it, the reason for your message, and your message. When you submit a form, we may also note the page you started on and, if you arrived through a link we shared, which link it was.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs, which record your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and to defend it against attacks. They are kept whether or not you consent to cookies, because the site cannot be served or protected without them.
Security check on our forms. Our forms run a security check from Cloudflare that tells people from automated software. When you start to use a form, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical details about your browser and connection. Cloudflare also stores an entry in your browser for the check, described in our Cookie Policy.
Information collected for analytics. Unless analytics is off, Google collects information about your visit on our behalf: the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location at city level, your device and browser type, and whether you completed an action such as submitting the email form. If you visit from the United States, analytics cookies are set when you arrive. Everywhere else, they are set only after you accept. The page address Google receives can include campaign tags and, if you arrived by clicking a Google, Meta, or LinkedIn ad, that company’s ad-click identifier. If you accept analytics in the banner or the cookie settings, a social media analytics service also receives a request for each page you view, with the page address (including any campaign tags in it), your browser window size, and, as with any web request, your IP address and browser type. We use it to see which of our social media posts bring people to the site. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device.
Information collected for advertising, with your consent. Advertising cookies are set only after you say yes. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta and LinkedIn also receive a request for each page you view, with the page address (including any campaign tags in it), the identifiers in their cookies, and, as with any web request, your IP address and browser type. Meta also receives the address of the page that sent you there and your screen size. When you submit the email form or the contact form successfully, Meta receives a record that a form was submitted, and LinkedIn may also receive one. Neither record includes anything you typed into the form, such as your name, email address, or message. LinkedIn’s tag can also record which links and buttons you click, with their visible text. We use this information to measure whether our advertising works and to show Fall Labs advertising on Meta and LinkedIn to people who have visited this site. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie involved.
Information collected while analytics is off. While analytics is off, Google receives a cookieless signal from Google Analytics each time a page loads or you complete an action such as submitting the email form. Each signal includes the address of the page. If you arrived by clicking a Google, Meta, or LinkedIn ad, the address of the page you land on can contain that company’s ad-click identifier, and signals from that page include it. The signal stores nothing on your device. Google may use these signals to estimate totals.
How we use information
- To send you email updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it (analytics, unless it is off).
- Where Google’s modeling is available, to estimate visit and signup totals from the cookieless signals Google receives while analytics is off.
- To measure whether our advertising works and to show Fall Labs advertising to people who have visited this site (advertising, with consent).
- To keep the site available and to protect it against abuse, fraud, and attacks.
- To meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who work on our behalf and with the advertising services named below, and only what each needs for the purposes described here:
- An email service provider, which stores the email list, keeps a record of messages sent through the contact form, and sends our email.
- Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs.
- A security service, which receives request data such as IP addresses in order to block attacks.
- A consent management provider, which records the choices you make in the cookie banner.
- Google, for analytics through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, unless analytics is off, and for advertising measurement through Google Ads, with your consent. While analytics is off, Google receives the cookieless signals described above. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, and explains how it uses information from sites that use its services here.
- Meta, for advertising measurement and to show Fall Labs advertising to people who have visited this site, through the Meta Pixel, with your consent. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy.
- LinkedIn, for advertising measurement and to show Fall Labs advertising to people who have visited this site, through the LinkedIn Insight Tag, with your consent. LinkedIn processes this information under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, for the security check on our forms. Cloudflare also uses what it receives to improve its bot detection, and processes it under its own privacy notice.
- A social media analytics service, which receives page views in order to show us which of our social media posts bring people to the site, only with your consent.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and verbally agree to be texted, we use it to reply to your questions and follow up on support requests. We do not send marketing text messages. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared. Reply STOP to any message to end all text messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Our SMS Terms describe the program in full.
Cookies and consent
When you first visit, a banner explains your analytics choices and asks whether you accept advertising cookies. In the United States, analytics cookies are set when you arrive, and you can turn them off. Everywhere else, analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. No advertising cookie is set unless you accept. Strictly necessary cookies, which make the site work and remember your consent choice, do not require consent. You can change your choice at any time from our Cookie Policy page, which also lists every cookie with its purpose and duration.
Your choices
- Email. Unsubscribe from any email with one click, or write to us and we will remove you.
- Analytics and advertising. Turn analytics off or decline advertising in the banner, or change either choice later from our Cookie Policy page. Google also offers its own controls: Ads Settings for advertising personalization, and a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@falllabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and within the time the law requires.
California residents have specific rights described in our California Privacy Notice.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle them. To limit repeat submissions, we keep a scrambled record of the sender’s network address for 10 minutes, then delete it. Server logs are kept on our providers’ standard schedules. Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google for the limited period we configure in our Google accounts. Meta and LinkedIn retain the information they receive under their own privacy policies, linked above. The social media analytics service does not store your IP address, keeps visit data only in anonymous, aggregated form for as long as we use the service, and deletes it when our contract ends. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, protected by a web application firewall and security monitoring, and access to personal information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we treat your information with the same discipline we put into everything else.
Children
This site describes professional safety equipment and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors from outside the United States
Fall Labs operates from the United States, and information is processed on servers in the United States. Google and our other service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in those places.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top, and for material changes we will post a notice on the site.
